The two-act ballet “Silk Road” (Dance of Peace) at the Astana Ballet Theatre narrates about the creation of silk and its Great Road. This is a meditation ballet with an incredible hypnotic charm.

“Strings of Time” is a concert where the sound of the harp becomes a guide through different eras, styles, and musical imagery. Romeo and Juliet is a play written by William Shakespeare in the early 17th century. The story revolves around two young lovers, Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet, who come from feuding families in Verona, Italy.

The tragedy unfolds as a series of events leads to a fatal confrontation between Romeo and Juliet’s families.

Ultimately, the love story of Romeo and Juliet brings their feuding families together, highlighting the destructive power of hatred and the enduring nature of love. The play is renowned for its poetic language, timeless themes, and portrayal of youthful passion and impulsive actions.

Prokofiev’s music conveys the subtlest psychological movements of the human soul, the richness of Shakespeare’s thought, as well as the passion and drama of his first and one of his most perfect tragedies.

This is a story about the journey and self-discovery.  Zerger, the main character, sets off on a journey to find the answers to some important questions. On his journey, he has dreams filled with images, a road with a caravan and an inner search. Despite the difficulties he faces, he continues to move forward, guided by the calling of his soul. 
This path gradually leads him to an important discovery, symbolically revealed through the image of a tulip as a sign of life, strength, and renewal. This story resonates universally, as it encapsulates themes of seeking purpose, surmounting difficulties, and personal growth.
