The work conveys a love of Abai’s poetry, which is filled with deep philosophical thoughts and feelings, as well as tenderness and sadness. “The Language of Love” is a vivid and philosophical performance in which the acclaimed choreographer pays homage to the poetry of classic Kazakh literature through a combination of techniques and choreographic discoveries. The Heritage of the Great Steppe concert program has become a signature performance of the theatre, both at home and abroad. The beauty and tenderness of the female dance in the productions of the Honored Figure of Kazakhstan, Aigul Tati, captivates and delights audiences. The unique plasticity of the performers’ movements, the precision and conciseness of their dance, and the melodiousness of their poses all combine to create an absolutely captivating spectacle that is the jewel in the crown of Kazakh folk dance.

 

The Heritage of the Great Steppe concert program won the “Best Works and Productions in the Field of Culture and Art, Strengthening Intercultural and Interethnic Unity” prize in the “Best Concert Program” category.
