Six choreographic miniatures in the national style, as many fragments from neoclassical and contemporary ballet and the production of “Nutcracker” legendary play. A gala-program of 15 colorful plays on the stage of the largest cultural center in New York will be presented by artists of "Astana Ballet". The presentation of the Kazakh choreographic art in the USA will take place within the framework of project "Modern Kazakhstan culture in the global world".
FARKHAD BURIYEV, THE LEADING SOLOIST OF THE THEATER:
- We will present at the Lincoln Center, it is considered one of the largest in the country of cultural centers. And we will acquaint the foreign viewer with our culture, with our national dances. In particular, it is very important that we open the tour year in America, and we do not stop here and will introduce all countries and peoples with the Kazakh culture at the international level.
Comprehensive rehearsals, physical preparation and a wave of emotions accompany the creative troupe of the theater daily. Undoubtedly, scenic images have a special value in any production. Almost all costumes are sewn by hand according to individual sketches of designers.
NOISE: These are costumes of the national block, this suit is called "Arular sheruyi". There are pink, peach and yellow colors here, headgear in the form of "Saukele" ...
The troupe of the theater has a difficult task. It is important to attract the viewer's attention to the Kazakh culture and demonstrate the high skill of the artists. For this, “Astana Ballet” has prepared a unique program.
MUKARAM AVAKHRI, THE MAIN BALLETMASTER OF THE THEATER:
- Indeed, when we perform, we try to choose a program tailored to the taste, taking into account the mentality, as it is neither a creative tour trip, but an international departure. The program, indeed, was respected and taken into account in view of the task of representing our own, the culture of Kazakhstan, so I think we succeeded, and this honor is very great for us. We prepare thoroughly, of course, we are planning a tour for a long time. We compose the program and determine the artists. This is a very important trip for us.
By the way, 38 young artists will go to conquer new peaks in the "capital of the world". For each of them, it is an opportunity to present face of our culture on the world stage and to declare that Kazakhstan ballet art has a great future.
