The leading dancer of the Astana Ballet Theatre, Sundet Sultanov, made the list of 100 Figures of Kazakhstan

The leading dancer of the Astana Ballet Theatre, Sundet Sultanov, made the list of 100 Figures of Kazakhstan, articles about whom will be published in the encyclopaedia “ZHANA QAZAQSTANNYN 100 ZHANA YESIMI” (100 new faces of New Kazakhstan).
The aim of the project “100 new faces of Kazakhstan” is to promote the ideas of success, competitiveness, pragmatism, and the culture of knowledge on the examples of definite stories of people who have made a significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstan over the years of Independence.

Sundet Sultanov joined the company of the Astana Ballet Theatre in 2017, his repertoire includes the performance of leading roles in such ballets as “The Nutcracker” (choreography by Vasily Vainonen), “Cinderella” (choreography by Nadezhda Kalinina), “Longing” (choreography by Ricardo Amarante), “Instinct” (choreography by David Jonathan), “Zheltorangy turaly anyz” (choreography by Anvar Sadykov), “Orpheus and Eurydice” (choreography by Kristina Paulin), “Kozy Korpesh and Bayan Sulu” (choreography by Heorhii Kovtun). 
 

Sundet Sultanov also received the state award “Yeren Yenbegi Ushin” (For Distinguished Labour) and became the winner of the Award of the First President in 2021, as well as won the “Ticketon” award in the nomination "Artist of the Year".
As an honorary participant of the encyclopaedia “Zhana Qazaqstannyn 100 zhana yesimi”, the dancer of the theatre will receive the corresponding medal, diploma, and certificate.
